How to Activate Start & Stop on a Jeep Compass

In this video, you will learn how to activate the Start & Stop system on a Jeep Compass. First, ensure that the system is turned on; on the switch panel below the gear knob, to the left, you will find the Start & Stop button, identified by the symbol of an A surrounded by a curved arrow. If the light is on, it means the system is deactivated. Press the button to turn off the light and activate the system. To ensure proper operation, the driver must wear the seatbelt correctly. Additionally, make sure there is not too great a difference between the cabin temperature and the temperature set on the air conditioning. Once the seatbelt is fastened and a suitable temperature is selected, you can use the Start & Stop system.
