You can reset the service light on a Jeep Compass without using a computer with specialised workshop software or visiting a mechanic. This light resets using the vehicle's pedals, specifically the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal. How do you do it? First, turn on the ignition and press the brake pedal. While keeping this pedal pressed, push the accelerator pedal down fully three times, then release both pedals and turn off the ignition. Upon restarting, you will see that the reset has been successful.
