When the radio in the Jeep Grand Cherokee malfunctions due to software issues, it may be necessary to reset it completely to the factory settings: to do this, you will need to remove and reinsert the appropriate fuses that control its operation. These fuses are located in the box within the engine compartment, so open the bonnet and remove the specific fuses using pliers: these are 10 Amp and 15 Amp fuses.

Once the fuses are reinserted, you can start the radio and check that it has been restored correctly.
