In this video, see how to activate and deactivate the handbrake on a Jeep Grand Cherokee MK4: ensure the ignition is on and the vehicle is in "P". Now, press the brake pedal fully and lift the handbrake button located on the centre console. A green LED will illuminate on the button, and the red "brake" warning light will appear on the dashboard. To deactivate it, perform the opposite operation: press the brake pedal fully, then press the handbrake button (the green LED will turn off), and simultaneously, the "brake" warning on the dashboard will also turn off.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
