How to Reset the Service Light on a Jeep Renegade

The service light reset, related to the service interval, should only be done after completing the necessary operations. On a 2023 Jeep Renegade, the reset process is straightforward; simply turn on the instrument cluster and press the Menu button on the steering wheel. Scroll through the Menu and select the Settings option, then go to the Oil section and reset the light by holding down the OK button. Once finished, return to the main Menu and restart the instrument cluster by turning it off and on again.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
