How to replace the water/oil pump seal on a Kawasaki motorcycle. First we unscrew the casing, remove the underlying cap and then the sealing disc and the gasket, clean well and then remove the mechanical seal of the pump, which we will replace with a new one after having smeared it well with special grease. We replace the oil seal, to which we will do the same function, and then we will insert the new o-ring as a seal and also that of the crankcase. We can insert the cap again and tighten it well for a perfect seal. Now We can connect the casing again with the rubber hoses and fix them well. We can leave.
