How to replace the water/oil pump seal on a Kawasaki motorcycle. First, remove the cover, take off the underlying cap, and then the sealing disc and gasket.

Clean thoroughly and then remove the mechanical seal from the pump, which you will replace with a new one after applying special grease. Replace the oil seal, which serves the same purpose, and then insert the new O-ring for sealing as well as the one for the cover.

Reinsert the cap and tighten it well for a perfect seal. Now reconnect the cover with the rubber hoses and secure them properly.

You can now start again.
