Why is it important to change the water pump when distributing it?

When performing the distribution, and therefore changing the belt and pulleys that keep it in tension, it is essential to also change the water pump, even if at the moment it seems to have no major problems. The reason is explained by the youtuber: if for some reason the water pump fails at a later time, we will be forced to disassemble the entire distribution in order to replace the pump, because this component is part of the belt distribution circuit. Not changing the pump often means having to do all the work twice, sometimes even within a few months, with a significant expense.
