What Are the Limits of Adjusting Regenerative Braking on the Kia EV3

This video explains the situations where it is not possible to adjust the level of regenerative braking using the paddles on the steering wheel of the Kia EV3: when both paddles are pulled simultaneously (as this command has another function); when the SCC (Smart Cruise Control) mode is activated; in this case, regeneration is managed by the system. When using regenerative braking with a fully charged battery: this is an important technical limit; if the battery is 100% full, it cannot accept any more energy from regenerative charging, so the system disables regeneration; when a trailer is connected. Indeed, towing a trailer changes the driving dynamics and requires different braking management for safety.
