How to Reset the Service Light on a Kia Ceed

Model: Kia Cee D MK 3, CD - Years 2018-2024

This tutorial shows how to reset the infotainment light on the Kia Ceed with the Touch infotainment system. Turn on the ignition without starting the engine. From the main menu on the screen, press the "Setup" icon. Scroll down to "Vehicle" and select "Convenience": here you will find "Oil Change Reminder" or "Service Interval". The display shows the percentage of remaining oil life. Press the "Reset" button and confirm with "Yes". The light will turn off and the counter will return to 100%. If the menu varies slightly, look for "Maintenance" in the vehicle section. This procedure is valid for all latest generation Kia Ceed models.

To loosen this panel, unscrew the two screws found at its top, just below the handlebar.
