In this video tutorial, you will learn how to replace the engine oil and oil filter as part of the regular maintenance service on a Kia Rio fourth generation. First, lift the vehicle and use a 17 mm spanner to unscrew the oil drain bolt located on the sump; allow all the oil to drain into a container for about twenty minutes.

Next, unscrew and remove the oil filter located right next to it using the appropriate tool; then, replace it with the new one by hand-tightening it, and pour in the new engine oil!
