How to Replace the Battery in a 2017 Kia Sportage?

Start by lifting and securing the front bonnet. The battery is covered by a plastic panel that you need to lift after removing the two plastic clips. Next, remove the clip located on the battery's mounting plate. Now disconnect the battery from the two terminals, starting with the negative terminal and finishing with the positive one. Remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. When reconnecting the battery terminals, remember to start with the positive terminal, unlike the previous step.
