Cleaning the engine air filter is absolutely essential to ensure the correct airflow for optimal engine performance. Therefore, always keep the filter clean and replace it when necessary with a new one. Open the front bonnet and locate the engine air filter box beneath the brake fluid reservoir.

Release the metal clips and open the box to remove the old filter. Before inserting the new one, clean the container of any dirt residues, ensuring that no debris falls into the intake duct.
