To replace the battery of the key fob for a Kia Sportage, press the button located on the top of the device to lift the key. Once lifted, pry inside its housing and detach the plastic cover on the back of the device: underneath, you will find the battery, which should be removed and replaced with a new spare part. After replacing, close the key fob and check that everything works.
