How to Change the Engine Air Filter on a Kia Cee'd

Keeping the engine air filter clean is essential for the engine to draw the correct amount of air, ensuring excellent performance and fuel efficiency; replacing it is extremely simple: the engine air filter box (Air Box) is located just behind the left front headlight (driver's side) and the cover is secured with elastic clips; therefore, unclip the clips to lift the cover, extract the old filter, remove any dirt residue, insert the new filter ensuring the seal fits perfectly on the edges, then reposition the cover and reclip the clips.
