In this tutorial, we will see how to change the engine oil in a KTM 300 XC-W, an extremely simple and quick operation to perform every 12 months. First, ensure the engine is cool enough to operate safely, then position a container underneath the bike, locate the drain hole bolt, and unscrew it using a 13mm socket.

Allow all the oil contained in the system to drain out, then tighten the bolt with a new washer and add the required amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
