In today's video tutorial, you will see how to disassemble and replace the variator and rollers on the Kymco Downtown 125 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and begin unscrewing all the screws securing the side cover of the transmission; then unscrew the central nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, removing them along with the belt, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the variator and replace the rollers found inside; if necessary, replace the entire variator, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!

How to reset the oil light on the Honda SH 125
