Let's see how to remove the front seat in the cockpit of a Land Rover Defender. We disconnect the power supply terminals (safety for the person and things), move the seat back (with the lever) and bring the seat up, then unscrew the locking pins on the front rail with a socket wrench. We always move the seat forward with the shift lever and remove the locking pins from the rear of the rail. Finally we disconnect the power supply terminals of the front seat (we carry out the appropriate maintenance). We assemble the front seat of the car by carrying out the disassembly operations mentioned above.
