Remove the Rear Seat of a Defender

Let's look at removing the seat from a Land Rover Defender. Open the door and examine the removal of the front seat. Remove the seat cushion to access the seat mounting bolts, then use a socket wrench to remove the bolts located at the front. Move the seatback forward and remove the mounting bolts from the rear of the track. Finally, disconnect the power connectors for the front seat if present. Install the new seat by following the disassembly steps mentioned earlier. Reinstall all components associated with the front seat.
