How Can I Replace the Original Radio in My Land Rover Freelander 2?

Replacing the original radio in your Land Rover Freelander 2 with a more modern and functional one is quite straightforward. You won't need any special tools and can do it independently. First, use a screwdriver to undo the screws on the centre console as shown in the video. Then, using a plastic or metal lever, remove the centre console trim by prying it off. Detach the surround from the dashboard, remove the plastic storage compartment above it along with the original radio (disconnect the various power cables). Finally, fit the new radio into the console with the appropriate surround and adapter to the power connector.
