To complete the replacement of the button battery inside your Land Rover Defender key, follow the procedure described in this guide. First, make sure you have a new battery of the same model (CR 2032). Then, remove the physical emergency key from the cover and use it to disassemble the cover.

Once the protective cover is removed, locate the dead battery and replace it with the new one. Finally, reassemble the cover you removed earlier and test the key to ensure it functions correctly.
