In this brief guide, follow the steps to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Lexus NX. First, lift the vehicle and start by loosening the oil drain bolt located on the sump, using a socket spanner; allow the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes. Next, unscrew the oil filter cartridge using the appropriate tool; screw the cartridge in by hand, tightening gently. Finally, remove the filler cap to pour in the new engine oil with the correct specifications!
