Remove the part of the cover with the logo: "Lexus" and access the battery compartment. Still with a pointed object or fingernail, lift and pry to remove the battery. Take the new battery and place it taking care to put the positive pole on top. Take the cover removed earlier and put it back on the key and lock it by exerting a certain pressure.
