Replacing the key battery of a Lexus UX is a straightforward task that does not require a visit to an authorised workshop. The first step is to remove the key and then apply slight pressure to the right, as shown in the following video, to remove the key cover. Once the cover is removed, take out the protection and finally the battery, using a small screwdriver to gently pry it out if necessary. At this point, insert the new battery and reassemble everything.
