Dismantling the engine of the Malaguti Fifty can be done by unscrewing the bolts that secure the block to its housing in the centre of the frame. You will need to remove the bolts that secure the engine mounts and the intake manifolds. Once all connectors are disconnected, you can proceed by unscrewing the bolts that hold the cylinder to the top of the engine, then remove the piston inside. At this point, you can dismantle the additional internal components, allowing you to close the engine block and check that everything functions correctly.
