How to disassemble the engine block of the Malaguti Fifty Top.

Below we will see the steps necessary to remove the entire engine block from the frame of the Malaguti Fifty Top, following the instructions provided below. First, we put the center stand and start removing the plastic fairings; then we disconnect the electrical wiring of the engine ignition and subsequently the transmission and rear brake cables, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the suspension and unscrew the fastening screws of the carburetor duct; then we lower the engine block to remove it permanently from the frame!

Replacement of the saddle lining on Yamaha Fazer 600

Remove the saddle from the motorcycle: usually, the saddle is fixed with screws or hooks that can be removed with standard tools such as screwdrivers or Allen keys. Remove the old cover: remove the staples or screws that hold the cover in place. Be careful not to damage the foam or underlying material. Prepare the new cover. Measure and cut the new cover according to the dimensions of the saddle. If necessary, add a layer of foam to increase comfort. Place the new cover on the saddle and start securing it from the center towards the sides. Use a fabric stapler to secure the cover to the base of the saddle. Make sure the cover is tight and without wrinkles. Trim the excess material and make sure everything is securely fixed.
