To set the clock on the Maruti Swift, turn on the instrument cluster so you can use the controls located on the instrument cluster itself: press and hold the button on the left of the cluster until the hour number starts to flash. You can modify it by turning the button on the right of the cluster; pressing the button on the left again will cause the minutes to start flashing.

These can then be adjusted by turning the button on the right of the cluster.
