To reset the Service light that appears on the instrument panel of the Mazda 6, press and hold the button located at the top right of the instrument panel while it is off. While holding it, insert the ignition key into the corresponding slot and turn it to switch on the panel.

Continue to hold the button for a few seconds until the light disappears from the instrument panel; once the procedure is complete, release the button and switch off the panel.
