How to Reset the Service Light on a Mazda CX-9

To reset the service light on a Mazda CX-9, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the central knob on the infotainment system to enter "Information." Once inside, select "Vehicle Status Monitor." In this menu, go to "Maintenance Setting." Here you will find options related to the vehicle's scheduled maintenance. Select "Reset Oil Change." Confirm the operation when prompted by the system by selecting the "reset" option. Wait a few seconds until the reset is completed and the oil counter is reset. Finally, exit the menu and check that the service light has disappeared and that the new maintenance interval has been updated correctly.
