Replacing Interior Dome Lights with LEDs

Remove the dome light to access the bulb holder by simply prying the outer edge with a plastic tool and disconnecting the connector. Rotate the knob on the back a quarter turn to remove the faulty bulb and install the new LED bulb.

If the new bulb does not light up, ensure it is correctly rotated and secured in the holder; if necessary, remove it and rotate it 180 degrees. Refit the dome light into its housing.

The same operation can be performed on other interior lights where, in this case, an LED bulb is fitted instead of the old bulb, but both types are perfectly interchangeable without issues.
