Installation of Aux Adapter Accessory Kit and Removal of Car Radio

Model: Mazda Cx7 MK 1 - Years 2006-2012
Part: Accessory kit

To install the Aux output for iPhone or iPad, you need to remove the car radio: the first step is to remove the aluminium trim around the central console controls (pry along the edges, being careful not to dent it; it will come off with the air vents). At this point, unscrew the securing screws of the car radio located at the four corners and pull it forward out of its housing. Connect the new device's plug into the appropriate slot of the car radio, check its functionality, and then position the control unit and the corresponding cable output, for example, along the centre tunnel (the plastic cover is very easy to remove).

Timing Belt Replacement on Audi Q5

The timing belt on the Audi Q5 has reached its mileage limit, so what should you do? Let's go through the removal of the belts on the Q5. Open and lift the hood of the engine, then remove the engine soundproofing panel. Once these steps are completed, remove the plastic covers of the belts located on the left side of the engine. Loosen the second tensioner and slide the belt out of its seat. After installing the new belt, use a wrench to install the tensioner pulley, and tighten it until the belt has the correct tension (install both belts). Reinstall the covering plastics. Start and test the Audi Q5 engine.
