Instructions for Replacing Spark Plugs

Model: Mazda 3 MK 1, BK - Years 2003-2009
Part: Spark plugs

Open the front bonnet and remove the plastic cover located at the front of the engine: the spark plugs are located just above the exhaust manifold; it is advisable to carry out this maintenance with the engine cold. Then detach the boot and unscrew the spark plug, removing it from its seat and inserting the new ones by first screwing them in by hand and then tightening them with the socket (do not exceed the torque specification). Reapply the boots, ensuring they fit perfectly (if necessary, slightly press the contact inside the boot) and reassemble the plastic cover.
