How to Remove the Cylinder Head of a Mazda 3

Do you want to remove the cylinder head cover of an engine on a Mazda 3 but don't know how? Let's see in this detailed video how to proceed with the disassembly. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Remove the soundproofing panel covering the engine. Disconnect all the glow plug power cables, unscrew the bolts with a socket spanner, grasp the coil with your hands and twist it until it comes out of the cylinder head. Use a socket spanner to unscrew the cylinder head bolts and remove it. Clean the cylinder head of any adhesive residue, then peel off the gasket from the cylinder head cover, cleaning it of dirt and debris. Fit the new gasket onto the piece and position it on the engine block, tighten the bolts, and reassemble everything in reverse order.
