How to Change Spark Plugs on a Mazda 3

Here’s how to change the damaged spark plugs on a Mazda 3. Open the engine compartment and lift the front bonnet, securing it. Remove the soundproofing panel by unscrewing the securing screws. Unscrew the screws on the sides of the coils using a spanner or screwdriver, then remove the coils from the engine head (disconnect the power terminals). Use a socket wrench to unscrew the spark plugs and pull them out of the head. Install the new spark plugs using the socket wrench extension into the engine head, tighten them, and reconnect the power coils to each spark plug. Refit the soundproofing panel. Start the engine and check its operation.
