How to Remove the Ashtray from the Car

To remove the ashtray from the car, you need to take off the trim surrounding the gear lever by unscrewing the screws and detach it from the centre console. Remove the two screws securing the ashtray to the centre console using a screwdriver in an anti-clockwise direction. You can then extract the ashtray. Next, disconnect the lighting connector located behind the ashtray, allowing you to remove the ashtray from the vehicle. Removing the ashtray can also help recover small items that usually tend to fall into the space under the ashtray.
