To replace the hood on a Mazda MX5, first clean the rear section and especially the seal where the new cover will be attached. At this point, position the new cover over the frame: the hood lining consists of two layers that must be inserted as shown in the video and secured with Velcro.

Next, insert the turned corners into the lower profile of the frame and fit the guides. Once the guides are installed, insert the seals using screwdrivers and screws, stretching the cover by hand over the frame.
