How to mount the luggage rack on the Mazda CX 5 [USA]

To mount a luggage carrier on a Mazda CX 5 it is necessary to operate as follows. Locate the two longitudinal plastic profiles on the car roof and, using a pipe cleaner, remove them. Using a hacksaw, cut the profile at a distance of 13.4 ", 19.7" and then 60.3 ", starting from the point of contact with the front windshield. Reposition the two parts of the plastic profile , the first piece, the shorter one, starting from the windshield and the second piece is positioned after leaving 6.3 "of free space between the two. Take the first roof rack and place it on the roof, tighten the fixing screw with a ratchet wrench, place the finishing profile on top by exerting pressure. Carry out the same operations to fix the bar at the rear. At this point, take the fixing profile of the crossbar of the roof rack and insert it into the internal profile of the bar (there are two profiles on each side). Take the crossbar and insert it on the profile seat, rotate the bar forward and fix it with the screw. Repeat the same operations with the second crosspiece.
