To replace the fuel filter on a Mazda CX-5, you need to unscrew the bolts securing the rear seats so they can be completely removed, providing access to the components underneath. Here, you will need to remove the cover protecting the fuel pump; this will allow you to disconnect the hoses and connectors attached to the pump, which can then be extracted from its housing. The filter installed on the pump can then be removed and replaced with a new spare part. After removing the filter, reinstall all the disassembled components.
