To replace the front headlamp bulb on a Mazda CX-5, open the bonnet to access the screws securing the headlamp assembly in place: once these screws are loosened and the connectors at the back are disconnected, the headlamp can be extracted from its housing.

This will allow the cover at the back to be removed, and the bulb inside can be taken out and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, refit the headlamp with the screws and reconnect it to the respective connectors.
