Removing the External Handle of the 2020 Mazda CX30

To remove the external handle of the Mazda CX30, first remove the internal panel: Unscrew the screw beneath the internal handle, gently remove all the covers, both metal and plastic, that are clipped in, allowing all the connectors for the window lift and the rear-view mirror to hang. Now unscrew the central screws above the handles and firmly detach the panel. On the outer side of the door, you will find a slot with a very deep screw that secures the handle, requiring about 20 turns with a star screwdriver. Remove the handle support from the outside. Now, from the inside, gently disconnect the upper spring and then the lower one, along with the connector for the automatic opening, which you will leave hanging inside. From the outside, you can now gently pull the handle towards you.
