Dismantling the Armrest

Model: Mazda Cx 7 MK 1 - Years 2006-2012
Part: Center console tunnel

The covering of the armrest tends to wear out due to constant friction with the elbow, sometimes even resulting in holes. You can replace it or have it reupholstered in leather (choosing a quality covering will last much longer than the original). In any case, you need to dismantle it. Start by opening and lifting the armrest, then remove the plate covering the base of the hinge and unscrew the underlying screws. Move to the back of the armrest and remove the other rear plate, completing the dismantling before proceeding in reverse for reinstallation.

How to Remove the Distributor from a Fiat Panda

How to remove the distributor from a Fiat Panda? Lift the bonnet and secure it, then use a screwdriver to unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the cap (detach it). Start by unscrewing the fastening pins of the distributor (as shown in the video); remove the distributor from the engine housing. Install a new distributor inside the engine bay, connect the various cables and close with the cap. Refit all previously removed parts (soundproofing panel, filter, etc.) and test the correct operation.
