Below are the steps that will allow you to remove and replace the front door panel of the Mazda CX-7. First, open the front door and start unscrewing all the fastening screws found on the door panel, located around the opening handle and along the sides of the panel; then remove the plastic cover of the grab handle by unscrewing the additional screws found at the back.

Now, pry at the edges of the panel to detach and remove it, disconnecting the handle cable and the electrical connector of the switch panel!
