This tutorial shows how to replace the glass of the external rear-view mirror on a Mazda 3, a very simple and quick operation. For this, you will need a plastic spatula to avoid leaving any marks. Start by moving the old glass both inwards and downwards, then insert the spatula into the upper gap, lever it out, and detach it from the support. Finally, disconnect the two connectors of the heater, connect them to the replacement, and press the latter firmly against the internal supports until it clicks into place.
