To replace the front shock absorbers it is first of all necessary to equip oneself with the appropriate clamps which serve to crush the spring and then be able to remove the support from the stem; therefore start by lifting the car to remove the front wheel, unhook the rubber grommets and unscrew the fixing pins of the shock absorber from the hub support; then lower the vehicle to access the engine compartment and unscrew the fixing nuts of the shock absorber support from the bodywork dome and complete the disassembly; then apply the clamps to the spring to squeeze it and to be able to remove the support from the stem complete with bellows and the shock absorber itself; finally insert the spring and the support on the new shock absorber and then proceed backwards for installation on board the car.
