Removing Car Radio and Installing Satellite Navigation

Start by gently removing the plastic trims on either side of the tunnel using just your hands. Remove the screws from the plastic frame and then the screws from the radio console, carefully lifting the unit to allow for the disconnection of the connectors. Once the car radio is removed, take out the screws securing the switch and gently remove it. Also, disconnect the connecting cable. Refit the switch onto the navigation unit you are going to install and reconnect the cable. Before refitting the navigation unit, it is essential to install the satellite antenna on the roof and run the cable to the car radio compartment. Reconnect all cables to the navigation unit and position it in the car radio compartment, securing it with screws. Refit the frame. Turn on the navigation unit to test its functionality.

Unscrew the screws/clips located at the back of the steering wheel cover with a screwdriver, then remove the airbag from the steering wheel.
