How to Replace the Rear Shock Absorber

Model: Mazda 3 MK 1, BK - Years 2003-2009
Part: Shocks

To replace the rear shock absorber, first lift the car on a ramp. Then, remove the wheel by unscrewing the bolts that hold it in place. The shock absorber is located at the back of the tyre, so lubricate the bolts to facilitate their removal. At this point, with a bit of force, you can pull out the shock absorber. Then, using a special tool, detach the mouth of the shock absorber to insert a new one inside. Finally, after ensuring all parts are tightened properly, reinstall everything by reversing the steps just outlined.

How to Install Roof Bars on a Fiat 500L

Learn how to fit universal roof bars on a Fiat 500L. These bars are used on vehicles with or without roof rails. Assemble the roof bar kit (as shown in the video) with bars adjusted to the width of the vehicle (measure with a tape measure). Position the brackets at both ends of the doors on the vehicle's original roof rails. Once the anchoring bracket width is set, tighten the bolts with a butterfly nut (if a lock is present) until fully secured to the roof rails. Fit safety caps on both sides.
