Raise the car on suitable car stands, remove the front wheel and lubricate the pins to be unscrewed beforehand with the release spray. Then proceed with disassembling the shock absorber, disconnecting the connecting rod, the brake oil pipe support bracket, the bolts fixing the hub and the bolt fixing the rod to the support (accessing from the engine compartment). Once the suspension has been removed, special clamps are required to compact the spring, disassemble the support and then move it to the new shock absorber: it is suggested to replace the support as well. Reposition the shock absorber in its seat and tighten everything.
