To replace the rear shock absorber, first lift the car on a ramp. Then, remove the wheel by unscrewing the bolts that hold it in place.

The shock absorber is located at the back of the tyre, so lubricate the bolts to facilitate their removal. At this point, with a bit of force, you can pull out the shock absorber.

Then, using a special tool, detach the mouth of the shock absorber to insert a new one inside. Finally, after ensuring all parts are tightened properly, reinstall everything by reversing the steps just outlined.
