When the external rear-view mirror of the Mazda CX-3 stops opening, it may need to be replaced. To replace the mirror, remove the left door of the vehicle and then remove the panel.

To remove the panel, unscrew the lower and upper screws, then remove the handle and armrest to unscrew the two central screws. Disconnect the mirror and window lift connector.

Unscrew the screws that hold the mirror and remove it. Insert the new mirror and connect it to the connector, screw in the screws, and refit the cover.
