To reset the Service light on the Mazda 2, turn on the ignition so you can navigate the menu on the central display of the dashboard. Select the icon on the left, labelled "Applications": the last item in this menu will be "Maintenance", with a spanner icon next to it. Selecting this will bring up another menu, where you will find the "Reset" option: select it and confirm by choosing "Yes" to make the Service light disappear from the dashboard, also resetting the mileage until the next service.
