In this article we will see step by step the procedure to reset the maintenance light on the 2004 Mercedes C-Class. The procedure to perform the reset is as follows: first start the instrument panel by turning the key to position 2, then press the menu button on the left side of the steering wheel to navigate the menu until you find the maintenance option, once found press the reset button on the left side of the panel for 5 seconds, after 5 seconds the confirmation of the reset will be requested, at this point release the button and press it again holding it down for 5 seconds, at the end the light will be reset and you can restart the instrument panel to verify if the procedure was successful.
